The downstairs of our Carriage House has been renovated into a guest house. We have a full bath and king sized bed ready for a quiet night's sleep. A few minutes walk to downtown Statesboro, we are just over a mile from GSU and East GA Hospital and 7 miles to Mill Creek’s Splash in The Boro. We have cable TV & wireless internet. The home is cozy and quaint yet full of life. You’ll feel at home as soon as you enter and is an incredible gathering home. This house is right downtown and walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, the brewery, and 5 minutes from campus, movies, and grocery stores. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene home. Old Hardy Place home is situated on a pecan tree lined dirt road only 10 minutes from Statesboro and Georgia Southern University campus. 1 hour to Savannah and 1.5 hours to Augusta master’s. Also known as Oma’s, this house can comfortably sleep 5 people (additional charge for over 4 people) with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. There is a fully equipped kitchen and coffee bar. We also offer a fenced yard for your pet for an additional fee ($75)
