This four bedroom, two bath house can accommodate up to 9 people. (Please note the pricing is for up to four people with extra charges for each guest, over four & pets including infants/children/ get-togethers. It’s perfect for bridal parties, families, prospective students, parents coming to visit students & couples.

This 1000 sq.ft. lakefront cottage is located in a gated peninsula. Paved path leads to a double-decker boat dock available for fishing, swimming, and sunning. Dock space is available for a boat or personal watercraft (secure trailer parking available). All modern conveniences are provided in the cottage. The bedroom has a king bed. The bathroom has shower/tub combo and a separate private toilet room. The 50' covered porch provides a relaxing view of beautiful sunsets over the lake.
