Your private apartment is directly facing Deer Lake Marsh with expansive Lake views from the balcony. Enjoy a romantic escape in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains. This cozy 640 sq. ft red log cabin is tucked up in the woods. Bedroom w/ queen bed. A 200 sq. ft loft has a queen and 2 twins, accessed by ladder (see pic). Full kitchen & BBQ (electric). 3/4 bath (shower). 32" Flat screen, Blu-ray, stereo. Romantic gas fireplace. Limited WiFi & cell coverage, come unwind, relax & recharge. Deck offers excellent wildlife observation. Owners have large people-friendly dogs, so no pets allowed. 4WD or chains advised. Price includes taxes & AirBNB fees.

Rural Bungalow with Mountain Views

Also known as Dominion Mountain Retreat, this 565 sq. foot bungalow can sleep up to 5, but is spacious and lovely for a couple. Very comfortable queen bed upstairs, with spiral stairs leading to a rooftop deck. Full kitchen, dedicated workspace, tiled bath with shower, hot tub and fire pit available for comfort outside. Hummingbird paradise in summer, especially June and July! Level 1 and 2 EV chargers available by prior arrangement. Please note: Winter Access requires 4WD or AWD vehicle!

Rustic chic studio cabin (450sqft + a sleeping loft) set in an idyllic country setting. The timber for the cabin was harvested and sawed into logs in small batches within one mile of our location. The cabin was handcrafted by the owner to include log beds, dining table, and other accents. Enjoy modern amenities in a cozy atmosphere. This is the perfect place to get away from it all and enjoy a quiet weekend with endless night skies. There isn’t anywhere quite like Cougar Creek.

Private loft apartment (over a garage) 5 minutes from downtown Colville. Come enjoy a quiet country setting in a convenient location. While here, take a tranquil walk to view wildlife by the creek; relax in your loft watching TV; enjoy complimentary snacks; cook in your full kitchen; dine indoors or outdoors in the picnic area; get work done on your full-size desk, or sleep soundly in your plush beds. Studio On the Fairway: Chewelah Golf Course

Adorable and stylish little studio on the 14th fairway at the Chewelah Golf Course and Country Club. Your private studio is attached to our main house but has a private separate entrance, it's own bathroom with rain shower head, a mini kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave, and cooking utensils. Our main house's patio is separated from the studio by a wall so they remain private. Come enjoy this beautiful golf course any time of year.

Private Guesthouse on 300 Acre Ranch

Enjoy a private and fully furnished guest quarters on a 305 acre ranch, 5 miles from Lake Roosevelt. Walk/hike, read, cook (private kitchen), help with the our animals , tour our orchards/gardens/woodworking shop, watch the sunsets with a glass of wine. Some of our guests enjoy romping through the entire outdoor areas while others just like to curl up with a book in front of the crackling wood stove.
