This cottage home is the perfect balance of lounging and play. Conveniently located in the Village of Santo Domingo. This three bedroom, two bath home has one bedroom set up as a den that has a pull out sleeper. It's minutes to Sumpter Landings or Spanish Springs with restaurants, shopping, and nightly live entertainment. Screened in porches are great for coffee as well as coctails. Spacious 3 bedroom house in The Villages. The house is newly renovated and features both a new 70 inch Samsung TV in the living room and a new 50 inch Samsung TV in the master bedroom with Hulu Live and Comcast Business high speed internet. The house is located near the Spanish Springs Town Center, Tierra del Sol and Glenview Country Clubs. We have a jacuzzi for your enjoyment, as well as a grill. The home sleeps 8 with privacy using a sofa bed located in the rec room.

Neighborhood Pool, WIFI, Free Parking, Backyard View Excellent location, 2 bed 2 bath open floor plan home that borders a nature preserve looking out the lanai in the Village of Palo Alto. Walking distance to Spanish Springs and close to Lake Sumter Landing. Enjoy area amenities including pools, golf courses, tennis, pickle ball, shuffleboard and live entertainment every night of the week in three different locations. I do not live there. Prices include golf cart!
