Her får du fornemmelsen af dit eget private byhus, da lejligheden har sin egen indgang som fører dig frem til lejlighedens egen gårdhave og to terrasser. I stueplan ligger et lille soveværelse, badeværelse og kontor. På 1. sal ligger mastersoveværelse. Lejligheden bliver din egen lille oase midt i byen lige ved Amagerbro Metro og cykelafstand til stranden.

Lejlighed tæt på strand og by

Lækker, lille kælderlejlighed (30kvm) i stort hus fra 2018 i roligt villakvarter. Gåafstand til Amager strand og metro og 15 min på cykel til København Centrum. Nyd en getaway for to voksne evt plus en ekstra person. Madras kan lånes. Lejligheden er en del af vores hus, men med egen indgang. Vi vil derfor evt være hjemme til at tage godt i mod jer og sørge for et dejligt ophold. Lejligheden har alt, hvad der skal bruges; køleskab, service, ovn, mikroovn mv. Adgang til vaskerum efter aftale.

Central location between the main train station and airport, very easy to get around with public transportation or on a bike. Also quite close to the Amager Beach (no. 54 on the wolds best beaches I 2024, see the map in the photos). Flexibel check in and out times. Free public parking in the street (need apply).

The bus stop is just outside the door, so you can get to City Center in just 16 minutes. The airport only 3 km away. Shopping opportunities are just around the corner. The kitchen is with dining area and dishwasher. New bathroom with shower. Nice bright living room with balcony from which you can enjoy the sunrise over Øresund.

Small, modern house in charming and quiet urban community (in Danish: helårs-haveforening) in walking distance to the metro that will take you to the city center in 9 minutes. Other important distances, 10 minutes’ walk to the lovely natural resort Amager Faelled; 15 minutes to the congress center Bella Center; and 25 minutes to Royal Arena.10 minutes by car to the very nice beach at Amager Strandpark that also offers kayaks; minigolf; cafés etc.

Lovely bungalow house from the 1930's, near center of Copenhagen. The beach, metro and rental bikes are within walking distance and the airport is two metro stops away. The interior design is in a modern scandinavian stile, with lots of soul, "hygge". Everything you need for your everyday supplies is within walking distance.
