In this modern, bright, and private space, you'll enjoy the luxuries of hardwood floors, waterfall countertops, a built-in workspace, heated tile bathroom floors, a 55" Smart TV, BBQ and fire pit, and endless hot water—plus off-street parking and EV charger. One king bed, one daybed with a trundle, and one queen sleeper sofa.

Our home is special for its location providing easy summer access to water on the Deschutes River and easy winter access to snowy adventures on Mt Bachelor. Summer months are booked early by guests who love our peaceful water views and access to their private dock, kayaks & bicycles. Our winter months welcome guests looking to experience snowy pines and easy access to Mt Bachelor's powdery slopes and surrounding trails. SUPs (2), kayaks (2), floats, rafts, and bikes (2 adult + 2 kid), snowshoes (4 pairs). Pepper is a friendly golden/boxer mix who loves kids and dogs. Pet friendly (no fee), fenced yard, hot tub, propane and wood fire pits, OWW. Sound-deadened movie theater and foosball room available upon request. Backyard is shared with Pepper.
