Our pub sits half way down a quiet, residential street on the edge of the village of Thames Ditton. With 3 bedrooms, our flat is suitable for groups of up to 6 people, or families. Being above a pub, you can enjoy a meal and/or a drink downstairs. Sofa bed available on request.

Living includes a new compact and bijou fully fitted kitchen, dining area with wood burner, luxurious sofa and Smart HD TV/ Sonos sound bar as well as complimentary WiFi.

The property is beautifully presented throughout and has a pretty rear garden and 1x parking space. Surbiton is in great location with: Waterloo - 15 mins by train Hampton Court - 7 min by train Kingston - 0.6 mile walk We only accept 2 night bookings for Fri/Sat nights. Guests can enjoy complete privacy during their stay, while we live in separate on-site accommodation should you have questions. Parties and gatherings are not permitted.

Go Boat hire is a minutes walk and the slipway to the Thames is opposite the house if you have your own paddle board/canoe.
