The Loft on Jasmine is a fully self-contained apartment, just 10 minutes walk from beautiful Bowral in the Southern Highlands of NSW. In the style of 'Old Bowral' the Loft is weatherboard, has raked ceilings, internal lining boards and sky lights. Hydronic heating , heated towel rail and underfloor heating in the bathroom keeps you warm in winter, while reverse cycle air conditioning maintains comfort in summer. There is a separate bedroom, kitchen with continental breakfast and lounge with TV.

The Potting Shed at Bunya House is a gorgeous purpose built guest accommodation with every amenity covered to make your stay in Bowral an enjoyable one. Positioned overlooking a beautiful vegetable garden designed by the renowned Australian garden designer Paul Bangay, The Potting Shed with it's polished concrete floors, weatherboard walls, king bed and kitchenette with breakfast making facilities is the perfect spot for a mini vacay. Parking on site, and an easy walk to town.

.It was built to comply as a wheelchair accessible accomodation. There is fully accessible bathroom with show chair and railings and disabled toilet. There is wheelchair access in kitchen including accessible stove and oven. There is no lip on sliding doors to deck.The cottage is pet friendly with full fencing. It has two bedrooms and looks out over the beautiful green hills of the Southern Highlands. It is only a short distance from all the surrounding villages.

Falls Cottage was built by a Jamberoo local in the 1980s and has grown in charm and character with every passing year. We have lovingly restored it with a country cottage kitchen, hand crafted interior finishes, a comfortable mezzanine bedroom and a deck and barbeque area to maximise guests’ enjoyment of the beautiful rainforest surrounds. We now have an EV charging station on the property . Type 2 , up to 22 KW an hr. Costs apply .
