Spacious self-contained flat at one end of a large Purbeck stone family home set in a quiet area of Durlston on the edge of the country park. Parking for 1 car and use of a small area of the garden (shared washing line) directly opposite the entrance to the flat which is all on the 1st floor. Deal Cottage is a traditional Purbeck stone mid terrace cottage in the Herston area of Swanage. Formerly a quarryman's home for many generations this grade 2 listed property is part of the original town & has uninterrupted hill views of Ninebarrow & Ballard Down. Walk the Jurassic Coast & explore the Isle of Purbeck: just 30 mins drive to Durdle Door & Lulworth Cove. Swanage town centre & beach are 20 min (2km) walk from Deal Cottage.
