Our double story villa comprises of spacious & furnished living & dining areas; 2 large bedrooms with bathrooms; modular kitchen inclusive of electrical equipment, crockery & cutlery; open balconies, wooden decks and private lawns. The living room has a cozy fire place and a sofa cum bed to accommodate extra guests. All rooms have cooling and heating facilities. A caretaker will be at your service from 9 am to 9 pm, and in-house dining is available. Swimming pool is is shared with other guests.

Half an hour’s drive away from Kasauli, a sprawling, non-air-conditioned, three-bedroom villa with a treehouse and a fireplace on the deck for barbecue. There’s no TV, nor wi-fi. Great for privacy, minimalism and a digital detox. There's no full-time/live-in housekeeper/caretaker. The part-time help cooks for extra payment. More than four guests are charged at an additional Rs1000 per night per guest. Staff and children above 12 are counted as guests.
