You will see the resident birds swooping and hear their coo as they fly from tree to tree. Set in the foothills of Kavera, Arorangi on the West side of Rarotonga. The studio is a short 3 minute drive to the best beaches and shops.

Across the road from the beach and filled with local art this home is funky, peaceful and welcoming. The second bedroom is on the mezzanine floor and up a gorgeous spiral staircase. During COVID we renovated the old Matutu Brewing factory into this gorgeous light filled home. High ceilings, strategically placed fans and airflow mean the house is always lovely and cool. Fully functional kitchen should you want to prep meals. This home is not suitable for children.
