Deluks apartman od 100 m² može da primi do 6 ljudi. Ima tri odvojene spavaće sobe sa krevetima veličine kiga (180x200). Jedan od njih ima samostojeću kadu, tuš-kabinu, WC šolju i bide, dok drugi ima tuš-kabinu i umivaonik. Pored toga, postoji i zasebna WC šolja sa malim umivaonikom. Dnevni boravak je opremljen elegantnim kožnim kaučem, trpezarijom i kuhinjom. Stan ima veliki, omotani balkon. Dva televizora u dnevnoj sobi i u 3. spavaćoj sobi.
