This private guest suite is on the ground floor of my waterfront home. With views across the garden to Bruny Island and a direct path leading to a sandy beach, this is a quiet Haven. The suite includes; a large bedroom, king bed, private entrances, garden deck, contemporary bathroom, and a kitchenette. The location is the stunning South Arm Peninsula offering many coastal trails, beaches, and a key site for viewing the Aurora Australis. Easy access to Hobart (40mins) and the Airport (30ms).

Stoneybank waterfront apartment style accommodation. Immerse yourselves in breathtaking water and mountain views. Relax, explore and reconnect. Be spoilt with our luxury linen, furnishings, art, ambient fireplace and stunning alfresco area complete with bar seating, dining table, BBQ, heating and clear drop down blinds for the cooler weather. Gather seasonal mussels and oysters at low tide, wine and dine in the alfresco area or gather around the fire pit and seating area on the water's edge.

Mountain view retreat, 12 min drive to Hobart CBD

Spacious room with kitchenette, separate bathroom, laundry and dryer. Private area below above house with own separate access and areas. Outside sheltered nooks for reading or quiet contemplation of the expansive valley and hillsides. Gentle and more extensive bush walking tracks just 3 mins away. A peaceful space with wallaby and birdlife action and impressive mountain (Kunanyi) views. Close to the bush yet also close to the North Hobart food and entertainment strip and Hobart City centre.

Coles Beach Hideaway

Private, comfortable & spacious apartment in a garden setting. Featuring light, open lounge/dining area, queen bed, full kitchen, large bathroom with washing machine. Private undercover car/van parking space. Breakfast provisions and pod coffee machine are provided. Accessibility aspects include wide doorways, no steps and easy access shower. Coles Beach is 300m away. The Don reserve, aquatic centre, historic railway and Bluff cafe/restaurants are all within easy walking distance via pathways.

By the Lagoon

Situated on the edge of Calverts lagoon nature reserve we welcome you to our little piece of paradise. From your door walk to explore the quiet lagoon, reserve and surf beach. Enjoy star gazing and hunting the Aurora Australis from your private deck. Located near South Arm (5 min) and Hobart (30 min). The space is cozy and comfortable with ample ammenities, attentive hosts and a unique and detailed guest book. Perfect for a little get away to relax or as a base to explore Southern Tasmania.

Self contained studio. 35 ks north of Launceston

Suitable for couples and solo travelers. Self contained studio room with double bed includes. Kitchenette and en suite bathroom. It is attached to main house, with private entrance on small acreage.. Internet, tea coffee, light breakfast ingredients, iron, hairdryer and use of washing machine included Close to wineries, strawberries farm, the West Tamar tourist areas and Northern beaches. Near main road so some traffic noise during day, is quiet at night. Not suitable for Quarantine.

Studio

Enjoy the opportunity to stay in one of Derwent Valleys Grand Designs. This spacious studio space expanded over the bottom floor of the house, offers a queen size double bed, ensuite, full kitchen, dining table and living area. National Park is located in the upper Derwent Valley. The accomodation is 5min drive to Mt Field National Park. Maydena bike park just a 15min drive up the road. There is an abundance of beautiful walks with a selection of river valleys, waterfalls and giant trees.

The Studio Apartment with its Mediterranean flair is located in an unique position in the heart of one of Tassie’s best wine regions.
