Sunny, cosy and comfortable cottage on owner's property. Located Acacia Bay, 8 min from Taupo township. Kitchenette with toaster, kettle, fridge, toastie maker and microwave. Salt, pepper, serviettes, hand towels provided. Separate bathroom with shower and toilet. Outside seating area to enjoy the semi-rural setting. Off street parking with designated parking area. Large enough for car and trailer. Lock up for bicycles on request. Extra towels for lake or local hot pools swimming are available.

Fully self-contained 2 bedroom unit complete with wood burner (Wood Burner available from May to September only) or electric heater for those brisk Taupo winters. There are views of the Waikato River from the bedroom window and walking/bike tracks nearby that lead to Spa Park where the adventure begins.
