Little Sawah House at Rice Field

This 2-storey house with a cozy open kitchen overlooks lush rice fields and sits by a small river under big trees – perfect for relaxing in tropical nature. Although in the countryside, it´s only 20 min away from Jogja´s city center. We are a German-Indonesian family living nearby who has loved this area for years. The chill breeze in the fields and the soothing sounds of nature invite you to unwind and forget about everyday life. A healthy, homemade breakfast is included in the room price.

Niwa House is a 3-bedrooms (all with air-conditioner) tranquil - newly built - house at a cool northern countryside of Yogyakarta (at 277 meters above sea level). Around 20 minutes drive from Jogja city center, 30 minutes from the Airport. Rent is for the entire house. It's a good settling point whether you just seek to relax and breathe fresh air of the countryside/ enjoy the paddyfield scenery, or if you plan to explore northern side of Jogja, or if you plan to head out to Borobudur.
