Kick back and relax in this stylish, peaceful space. Located 15 minutes from town by car, the suite is 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom built in 2023. The bedroom has a loft bed above the queen bed. The 3.7 acre property backs onto endless green space and trails. The suite contains a 400 sqft upper deck that has beautiful mountain views and can be great for northern lights viewing. The deck has patio furniture and a propane fireplace. Next to the rental suite is a log home that the property owners live in.

George Gilbert Suite

Welcome to my delightful basement suite nestled in welcoming Riverdale. Featuring a generously sized main bedroom and a cozy secondary bedroom, this suite offers two bathrooms and is located on a quiet street adjacent to a community greenspace with a forested park, an ice rink, and a playground. Find yourself a short walk away from the local grocery store (5-10 minutes), the hospital (10-15 minutes), and the vibrant downtown (15-20 minutes), with scenic trails accompanying you most of the way.

Midnight Sun Cabin

You should have a vehicle to make the best of your Yukon adventure, If you’re not comfortable driving feel free to ask for suggestions. This cabin has a composting toilet and it is taller than a regular toilet, if you have concerns please advise before booking. Please do not turn off heating when you check out in winter. This cabin is located in our yard so you will see vehicles in the yard but it has a secluded deck. The wifi can be spotty. Pets are welcome as long as they are potty trained.

Free laundry and supplies. Walk to grocery store, pub, trails, & play in parks. Close to airport, buses, hiking, biking, & downhill skiing. Just down the road: Mt. McIntyre for cross country skiing and the Canada Games Centre to access a gym, pool, sauna, steam room, hot tub & family-friendly activities.

Welcome to The Cliff Haven Suite, your cozy home base in historic Old Town Whitehorse, where convenience meets character. Tucked at the base of the clay cliffs and right beside the Community Gardens, this bright one-bedroom suite offers the best of both worlds: peaceful surroundings and a quick stroll to downtown cafés, the Yukon River, and the Millennium Trail. Hike up the cliff trail for a panoramic view of the city and airport, or simply enjoy a quiet evening after a day of exploring.

Located on the headwaters of the Yukon River, 2 kilometers from Alaska Highway, half hour drive to Whitehorse. The cabin faces Marsh Lake, where thousands of swans, ducks and other waterbirds congregate each spring. Gorgeous view of mountain peaks. Sandy beach and forest trails. Cabin is self sufficient, with an antique double bed, wood stove, and kitchenette- blue jug water system, small fridge and hotplate. Free wifi and dog friendly. A sweet outhouse in the woods.

Clean N cozy basement suite w/ private entrance located in Riverdale. Its 5 mins drive to hospital, 8 mins drive downtown and 15 mins drive to the airport. The suite can be access just by pressing the doorcode so you can conveniently check in anytime. The suite has 1 bedroom with a comfortable king size bed, a full bathroom, a kitchenette and a sitting area where a pellet stove provides warmth around the clock. Street Parking is available in FRONT of the house.

We recommend that our guests rent a vehicle for the duration of their stay to make the most of the incredible sights around Whitehorse. Our cabin is an ideal location for Northern Lights viewing in the Whitehorse area, there is no light pollution and a perfect view of the northern sky from the comfort of the cabin. Our property is surrounded by Yukon Wilderness, endless trails and nearby historic Lake Laberge. The cabin is newly constructed in 2016, private, clean and comfortable. Our place is well suited for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).
