It is fully equipped and features 40 square meters, comprising a living-dining room, a built-in bed, a bathroom, and a full kitchen. It has a maximum capacity for two people, making it perfect for couples, families business trips. This bright, exterior-facing space boasts thoughtful design and includes high-speed Wi-Fi, climate control, both air conditioning and heating, and a separate entrance. The living room has a dining table, and a Smart TV. The bed measures 190 x 150 cm. The kitchen is fully equipped: washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, kitchenware, etc. The bathroom is separate and complete with a shower. The apartment also has an iron and ironing board, toaster, hairdryer, etc., and bed linen and towels are provided. Entry to this apartment is self-service (using the access code we will provide), so you can arrive at any time (after the permitted check-in time). The following services are offered: cleaning, replacement of bed linens and towels, finding a nearby parking space, airport transfer service, and more. In short, this apartment offers the ideal starting point for a stay of a few days or weeks in the city, to enjoy its spectacular gastronomic offerings, its shops, its museums, and its legendary nightlife, while enjoying leisure or business. During your stay you have access to the entire home, so you can enjoy the entire apartment. You can use all the rooms and the fully equipped kitchen to prepare your favorite dishes. The home is delivered with bed linen and towels (one set for each guest). In the bathroom, you will find small bottles of hand soap, shampoo and shower gel for the first day. You don't need to carry all this in your suitcase. The house has, among others: - heating - the heating is central and shared by the building. Additionally, Minty Stay will be in charge of arranging the arrival of the guests to the accommodation, solving doubts about the access or the functioning of the equipment available in the apartment. Finally, guests will have access to a web app that contains relevant information about the apartment, the house rules and certain useful services for travelers such as luggage storage or transfer service to the airport.

This building was constructed quite recently, so everything you see is new. The first thing we see is a spacious living room, pretty bright thanks to its large exterior windows. It is equipped with a 43" HD Smart TV, hi-speed optical fibre internet connection (around 100mbps), A/C with heating mode, a foldable dining table with room for 4 people and a premium quality sofa/bed that, when open, provides good quality rest on its 1,35m wide mattress. The kitchen is open plan and equipped with the main appliances and elements needed for cooking, apart from offering complimentary basic products such as oil, salt, coffee, sugar, etc. The bedroom has a 1,35m wide double bed, two bedside tables and a large built-in wardrobe where you can store all your clothes and belonging comfortably. The area is quiet during the night and the bedroom is oriented to a private patio, so silence and rest during the night are guaranteed. The bathroom is located next to the entrance and it is equipped with a shower cabin, mirror, electric radiator/towel dryer and a travel hairdryer. The optional parking spot is in a secured public car park located 280 meters away from the apartment and has a cost of 12€ per day of stay.
