The lost Tepee

Be ready to disconnect and relax. Bring your own bedding or sleeping bags (we do not include bedding). We'll supply the covered cot, pillows, and lanterns. Bring a book you have been meaning to read. The tepee isn't set up for cooking. No cooking is allowed. Fall asleep, listening to the waves. Four miles to the boats to Mackinac Island. Set for two adults sleeping together or separately. If the tent is rented, you will have to share the use of the bathroom with its two occupants.

Situated on a private two acre lot with two other rentals and my private residence in the Ottawa National Forest, steps from the Black River, North Country Trail and a one mile walk to the Lake Superior Shore, this is an ideal getaway for those seeking the adventure of camping with the comforts of home. Fall asleep to the sound nature and wake up to deer passing by as you enjoy your morning coffee.

Simply Maple Farm Tipi

Off the beaten path, with no other campers nearby. Comes with 2 kayaks for the Fox River which is nearby. You may go up or down river easily and can fish from shore or from the kayaks. There are two adult life jackets also. There is a tipi at this site that you may choose to use. There is a fire ring, weber grill, charcoal, picnic table, benches, porta potty and garbage/recycle bins. Enjoy peace and quiet served daily at Simply Maple, with no other tents in sight!

Sacagawea Tipi

Enjoy this unforgettable experience and spend some time relaxing in our OFF THE GRID teepee. Our teepee, which sleeps 4, is equipped with a Queen size bed and two single beds to ensure the comfiest stay. Enjoy the surrounding nature our teepee has to offer whether you're enjoying your morning cup of coffee or sitting around the campfire with your family and friends. Our teepee is located minutes away from Darien Lake State Park and also Darien Lake Theme Park.

Pine Hill Tepee

Get away from it all when you stay under the stars in this Tepee. Take a walk in nature on the trail we made, explore the public land close by or we have a bench set up to sit and listen to the birds & waterfall. (We do try to spray for mosquitos) bring your gear and Go fishing on one of the nearby lakes (36 within a six mile radius of Marcellus). We are located close to Swiss Valley ski resort, And the wedding/event venues Gable Hill and The Red Barns.

Buffalo Chief Hut
