Etagengrösse a je 16 m2.  Hunde sind herzlich willkommen, bitte vorab melden. Kein Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Zufahrt möglich (ohne Parkier Möglichkeit - nur Zwischenstopp zum Gepäck ausladen). Details dazu siehe "Zugang für Gäste". Nur geeignet für Personen welche gut zu Fuß sind. Einkaufsmöglichkeit direkt im Dorf .

Ci sono 3 case (totale 15/17 letti.)in gennaio la temperatura in casa è di max 16 gradi Lenzuola e asciugamani 25.-chfr per persona. prenotazioni inferiori ad una settimana sono accettate solo nel mese precedente alla data della vacanza. "Casa del campo" a Semione - 250 mq con sauna

Casa storica del 1669, ristrutturata nel 1977 e rinnovata nel 2017. È ubicata nella parte bassa di Semione, a diretto contatto con la campagna. Fa parte di un piccolo nucleo rurale circondato da campi, frutteti e vigne distante 300 metri dal fiume. È divisa in due appartamenti dotati di ingresso indipendente: uno di ca. 200 metri quadri e un altro di ca. 40 metri quadri con sauna. I due appartamenti sono collegati da una scala interna che permette di disporre di tutta la casa.

Im Winter und während der kühlen Jahreszeit, empfehle ich das kleine Studio nur für eine Person.
