Well appointed bedrooms with king beds and a sitting room with lounge chairs for reading or desk for working.

We enjoy meeting new people and would love the opportunity to make your stay here on the Space Coast a memorable one!

Our Studio is nestled in Chuluota near Oviedo, UCF, Geneva on historically beautiful Lake Catherine. Our lake is land locked and feels very private where you can relax and enjoy the view. Coffee on the lake in the mornings or a glass of wine at sunset is what we live for and you can enjoy that same view from our paradise that we call our Key West Studio.

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Great location, right next to Indian River. Amazing view. Short walking distance to Shopping Center, restaurants, cinema. Very nice walk to Down town, Max Brewer Bridge and marinas as well. 17 minutes drive from Nasa and Playalinda Beach.
