Outside under the deck there is a propane grill, propane fire and a table with chairs. We provide all that you need so all you need to bring are you clothes, personal toiletries, food and drinks. We have 2 1/2 miles of trails on the property that you can explore. There is a brook with a small pond where you can fish and a small waterfall.

Your dog(s) will be so happy! The yard is 13.66 acres to play and explore! I bought this property in March 2022 when I returned from Europe and am turning it in to a hobby farm in my free time. Rather than leave the upstairs unfurnished, I bought all new beds and mattresses with basic furniture, so this beautiful space can be available to you and your pets to enjoy as well. My place is located up the hill from Good Speed Opera House. The Opera House is on the same side of the river as my place. The folklore is that vacationers used to pay a penny to have their belongings transported by ox and wagon from the port at the river to this corner. A two family home built in 1884.
