Catkin Hollow Homestead

Catkin Hollow is a friendly homestead with goats, chickens, dogs, and the occasional pig and sheep family. Views across the hollow are fantastic for sunrises. Star gazing couldn’t be more awe-inspiring. Come along and do morning farm chores with us, if you want. Or sleep in and visit the livestock with a treat later. Every booking receives goat milk soap and fresh eggs made from the homestead. Can’t get more local than that! Plus, a few regional items to make breakfast and your stay perfect.

Sunny Side Yoga Garden (pink room)

This inspired home is in the heart of the finger lakes near spectacular waterfalls and the rich culture of a Trumansburg, NY. This lovingly restored 1800s home is centered within a beautiful garden and is heated by fire. The gardens change seasonally with an array of beautiful flowers and vegetables which find their way to our urban farm stand. Blue Dragon Tiny House In the Forest

At 120 square feet plus a front porch and deck, Blue Dragon is the "grandpa" of our three tiny houses. It is the best choice for groups or families. While offering excellent privacy, it is just down the hill to the community kitchen and full bathroom with hot shower and flush toilet (you are welcome to use the private outhouse, as well.) A long pergola walkway covered in lights adds to the view.

The cabin sits 4 miles east of Ithaca downtown and Cornell, surrounded by hiking trails, 45 minutes to Seneca wineries and an hour from Skaneateles or Syracuse. This is a great base camp for all your central New York adventures. Go for a hike to a waterfall, soak in the claw foot tub, let the dogs run in the yard, and make a delicious meal in the kitchen. Scottland Yard Farm proudly offers 'The Queen's Quarter's'. This (dog friendly) sweet little home will easily accommodate 5 people. It has a bedroom with a queen bed as well as a loft with a full size bed and twin floor mattress. There is a lovely full size marble bathroom and well equipped kitchen. The open living room kitchen area has a cozy propane operated fireplace.

Located on the hillside, Cabins 7 is among our newest cabins. This large 2-story retreats with cathedral ceiling boasts 550 of living space! Nestle up on the couch or hang out outside around the fire pit after a day in the water on our private beach with 400' of frontage and docks for fishing, swimming, and boating. Sleeps 6!

A Fairies Playhouse in a Tiny Village

K-ville is an experience. Its a Fairyland. It's more than off the grid. Don’t see the dates you like, ask me. It’s a tiny Victorian village of tiny "homes" built by me. Happily this is far from anything you might see on HGTV (whatever that is). It’s a place where you can sleep in and among my art. Tiny and fun!
