Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located studio cabin. Half-way between Anchorage and Valdez. Near Wrangell St Elias park and world class fishing. A dry cabin with drinking water provided and an outhouse on the site. Please note there is electricity. Door locks from the inside. There is a fine for smoking/vaping in cabin. Mosquitoes are out of my control. There is a 3 gallon jug of drinking water. Occasionally, after 9pm till 7am, there may be other lodgers sharing the outhouse.

Green Gables BnB- Kennicott, Valdez & Copper River

Come enjoy a 900 sq. ft. apartment with a queen memory foam bed in the bedroom, a queen memory foam bed and a futon in the living room. A complete kitchen is included. We are just across the Copper River from the Wrangell/St. Elias National Park. The Copper River is within walking distance. Both the Gulkana and the Klutina Rivers are about 15 miles away. Hidden away by itself in a grove of spruce and cottonwood trees, you will experience a hint of being alone in the Alaska wilderness while at the same time you will have some modern conveniences such as easy access to the highway, electricity, water spigot (summer) and WIFI. Located within short walking distance of the Tonsina River, Squirrel Creek, and Squirrel Creek Lake.

Nine-Mile Nugget

Located between Valdez and Thompson pass, this little "mini" offers everything you need to be comfortable on your stay. A short 13 mile drive from Valdez will have you nestled in the woods where you will enjoy peace and serenity. Newly renovated Studio-Style BnB offers a private bathroom, and a "mostly" full kitchen. (There is no range/oven, but there is a toaster, Air-Fryer, microwave, and hot-plate for all your cooking needs!) This unit is upstairs with about 12 steps to the top.

Little House • Two Bedroom Rural Cabin

Little House is a hand-built two-bedroom log cabin on our 320-acre working Alaskan homestead. Both bedrooms are upstairs with queen beds. The master has a bay window and a jack and jill bathroom that opens to the hallway. The cabin has hot water, electricity, internet, and all essentials. The kitchenette has a two-burner stovetop and basic cookware. There is a compact dining table, a three-person sofa, and a recliner. No TV or city amenities, just mountain views and privacy.

Entire log home guesthouse with private entrance

Rest at Alaska Golden Guesthouse, a modern, second story log home, close to world class fishing, rafting, and Wrangell-St. Elias National Park. Located on our family homestead circa 1963, this is Grammie's home with some mobility aids available. Centrally located in the Copper River Country, this is a great base to explore the region or take day trips to Valdez, McCarthy, or Nabesna. The region is beautiful and full of history and culture. We are happy to share it with you.
