We are a few minutes walk from Boambee Beach & Boambee Bay,5 minute drive to Sawtell village & Coffs International Stadium. The studio features an open plan with separate bathroom. Our home is on the top level with the studio situated on the ground level underneath our living area.Featuring queen bed, sofa, TV, kettle, unlimited wifi, electric frypan, toaster,microwave& ceiling fan for cooling.All linen provided. Suit singles or a couple. Guests have their own private side gate access.

Breakfast with the birds on a beautiful deck, overlooking Bonigil Bongil National Park. The Garden studio offers quiet accomodation in the picturesque village of Sawtell. A self contained unit under the main residence with 1 main room which contains a queen size bed, lounge, TV, kitchenette and dining table. A second room contains a bunk bed with single and a double. Please note bathroom access is through this room. A cot and highchair are also available. This unit is centrally located 5 minutes drive from Sawtell beach, Coffs Harbour International Stadium and Toormina Gardens shopping centre. On street parking is available in a quiet suburb.

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids).
