We are located less than a block from our main downtown area on Linden Ave. There is well over 20 restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream and candy specialty shops, you name it - to provide culinary delights.

Our STUDIO is furnished with a queen bed, trundle sofa/twin bed, full bath, ocean view deck, TV, & off-street parking. Pet friendly! Recently remodeled studio. Studio has private entrance and one private parking space. King size bed makes a great place to relax, only 5 minute drive to UCSB, Cottage Hospital and Goleta pier/beach. We have the fastest WIFI internet available in the area so working from the studio is not a problem. Studio shares a wall with the main house but we are a quiet family so noise should not be an issue. New appliances and smart TV. Water softener and filter system throughout.

Ojai Restored Retro Trailer on a Ranch!

Little Moon, fully renovated 1950 Aljo trailer, found buried to its axles in Mojave. Named after her original owner, a Native American woman named Little Moon, whose birth certificate was found in the trailer. She has now been rebuilt and completely restored and placed in a perfect location under oak trees and next to our vegetable garden on our ranch where our numerous animals keep her company. UPDATE: Brand new AC unit installed! Nice and cool for summer months now!
