A 'Wooden Yurt' in a stunning location

Our wooden roundhouse is just like a yurt only made out of wood! The ash pole and cedar shingle roof rests on bespoke wall joists and the whole structure is clad in cedar - a beautiful unique space. The canvas 'top hat' can be taken off so you can sleep under the stars. And that's just the inside! Step outside and you have simply breath-taking views across the farm and surrounding countryside and out to the sea. Fern Leaf Roundhouse, East Thorne, Bude

Fern Leaf Roundhouse is the perfect retreat for couples looking for time away from the hustle and bustle or a family wanting an adventurous break with a sprinkling of luxury - not forgetting the dog too! This is glamping, but not as you know it. The open plan space feels light and airy and there’s a flickering wood burning stove to snuggle up in front of on cooler nights. Don’t forget to look up to see the porthole in the roof where you can lay back and watch the stars on a clear night.

The traditional yurts provide 1 x king (Lundy)and 1 x double bed ( Wanson)both have log burners, sofa and solar lighting. Eco compostable toilet and shower. A well equipped kitchen for those wanting to self cater, bbq, firepits. Or plenty of places near by to eat out.

Budhyn Yurt Woodlands Manor Farm

Budhyn Yurt is 5.8m in diameter and 3m high in the centre. It has a super king-sized bed and two single beds with a Nordpeis Orion stove in the centre. White linen with two pillows, hand towel and fluffy bath sheet per person. Complementary super fast broadband Wi-Fi. It has its own kitchen with a fridge/ice box, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, two-ring induction hob ,table and chairs, two USB charging points and a Webber BBQ. It also has private shower room and washing up area.

Nestled in woodland is Redwood, our cosy Cornish built yurt. Beautifully romantic and warm with a large double bed, woodburning stove, fire pit, hammock and all you need to make your stay lovely. Felt lined for extra warmth and insulation, and with its winter cover on.
