It has a mini split AC/Heat, Microwave, Mini Keurig, electric tea kettle, mini refrigerator and freezer, running water (NO hot water), a Queen memory foam bed, sleeper couch and more!

This beautiful house sits along the Mississippi river, with dock and boat lift, which provides great fishing and paddling experience ( two kayaks provided) in the summer.
