This apartment has been newly renovated, mixing different kinds of architecture and design. In the flat there is plenty of space for your smart-workstation: internet is fast and reliable, accessible from every corner. We take particular care in sanitizing all the critical areas, in particular the space is sanitized by means of ozone generators. The apartment is newly restyled with a very special taste, mixing different styles in the architecture and design. It is a 2 floors apartment at the last floor of a mid 20th century building right outside the historical city center: at the first floor there are the bedrooms (a Suite and a second bedroom) the bathroom and a wardrobe room. The Suite is introduced by an elegant living area with a separè industry in glass and iron dividing it from the double bedroom with balcony and fireplace. The second bedroom has a big wardrobe with mirrors, a fine couch and twin beds to be disposed at one's will. Through an elegant white marble staircase we have access to the brand new rooftop kitchen and the wide terrace with a view on the hills sorrounding Florence and spots of the old buildings of the historic center. The apartment is entirely reserved to our guests, access to it is by the staircase or by elevator with private access to the floor. The rooftop terrace is only for our guests with sole access from inside the apartment by a staircase. At the same floor in a separate flat live the owners, always ready to help! The owner lives next door and is always available if needed. Chez Geraldine is an apartment just outside the historical center. It’s predominantly a residential district, but the cathedral, Galleria dell'Accademia, and Piazza San Marco are a 15-minute walk away. Food stores, restaurants, and bars are close by. AVAILABLE 4 BIKES (adult size) for our guests, included in the price. Please, use it with care and lock it well each and any time you leave them without custody, thank you. Betonski stan San Gregorio

Stan se nalazi na prvom spratu zgrade čija izgradnja datira do kraja 1400. godine. Palaco Tenore Cianci je danas u skladu sa ograničenjem održavanja. Restauracija stana je povratila niz elemenata , kao što su drvene grede i nadstrešnice koje datiraju iz vremena izgradnje. S druge strane, podovi su napravljeni od betonske smole, što je pravi kontrast originalnim arhitektonskim elementima. Na istom spratu se nalazi dvokrevetna soba sa balkonom na Via San Gregorio Armeno, dva kupatila i vešernica. Na gornjem spratu, kojem se pristupa udobnim stepeništem, nalaze se još dvije dvokrevetne sobe, uključujući francuski krevet (140x200). Oboje gledaju na veliki otvoreni prostor. Concrete Apartament je opremljen izuzetno brzim Wi-Fi mrežom, 50'' Sony led TV-om sa besplatnim pristupom Netflix-u. Tu su i mašina za pranje sudova, mašina za pranje veša i mikrotalasna i električna rerna. Kuhinja, sa velikim centralnim ostrvom u betonskoj smoli, opremljena je svim udobnostima. Stan je u potpunosti na raspolaganju gostima. Naša dostupnost je neprekidan život samo 50 metara udaljen od betonskog stana. Uronite u vitalnost drevnog grada zahvaljujući strateškoj lokaciji stana, koji se nalazi u ulici San Gregorio Armeno, i ne zaboravite da kupite jednu od dragocenih jaslica za prodaju u mnogim zanatskim prodavnicama. Betonski stan je lako dostupan u srcu grada. Sa aerodroma Kapodičino svakih 25 minuta polazi prevoz Alibus koji se zaustavlja na železničkoj stanici na trgu Garibaldi. Odavde možete stići do stana peške za 15 minuta, ili možete da idete linijom 1 metroa i siđete na stanici Univerziteta koja je udaljena oko 10 minuta hoda (stanica Duomo se završava). Na oko 10 minuta hoda možete stići do stanice Circumvesuviana sa koje vozovi polaze za arheološka nalazišta Pompeja i Herkulanejuma. Oko 10 minuta hoda stižete do luke iz koje trajekti i hidrogliseri odlaze na ostrva Ischia, Capri i Procida.
