This is an apartment located in Ube city. Inside the room, you'll find a sauna house that you can use along with your stay. Enjoy leisurely time with your family or friends. :) There are a hair dryer and washing machine, but due to the low cost of accommodation, no amenities. Two towels are provided per 1person per 1day. *Please note that there is an additional fee for sauna usage (3,000JPY/2hours). We also have rental cycles (500JPY/1day/1person). 築年数120年を超える古民家を全面リニューアル。快適さを追求し、古い梁の重厚感と新しい小国杉の木の香りが重ねあい、清潔で落ち着きある空間を作り出しています。 -「yori-toko」について- 明治37に建てられたこの建造物は2019年時点で築年数118年。 明治、大正、昭和、平成、そして令和とこの地で見守ってきた建屋は40年近く空き家でした。 かつては近隣の子供たちが勉強を教えてもらったり、遊びにきたりして親しまれていたこの建物は、再生すべく。当時の原型に戻し、「ふくちのやどかふぇyori-toko」として生まれ変わりました。 「yori-toko」という名前には、かつてこの場所が「寄り場所」として親しまれたように、これからも人々が集う温かい場所であってほしいというオーナーの想いが込められています。 基礎工事と断熱材を導入し、現在の気候にあった快適な住まいとなっています。

Convenience store · coin laundry · family restaurant etc are within walking distance and convenient location! However, hot springs do not come out. We do not serve meals. I do not have cookware. We renovated this house in 2016. The new furniture and the old one are mixed in this house. All the places related to water such as kitchen, bath and toilet are new.
