This newly built repurposed barn is perfect for relaxing, exploring nature, and getting away from it all. Nearby are lots of hiking, rail trails, and farms. We are within driving distance of the Mohonk Mountain House, Minnewaska, Catskill Mountains, and a 2 hour drive from Manhattan. For winter enthusiasts there’s places to snowshoe, ski, and hike 20-60 minutes away.

We're located along the scenic Shawangunk Trail, very near to the hamlets of High Falls, Stone Ridge and Rosendale and a short distance from the towns of New Paltz, Kingston and Woodstock. We are central to numerous hiking locations (Mohonk Preserve, Minnewaska, local rail trails), swimming holes, antiquing, breweries, wineries, u pick farms, animal sanctuaries, theatre, live music venues and many farm to table restaurants. The Carriage House

The Carriage House is a first floor apartment located in a beautiful country setting and in the 1800's it was used for storing fruit and horse-drawn carriages for our Hermance Farm. This private and quiet property offers 30-acres of fields and wood lots to explore including 5 acres on the Hudson River. Guests enjoy watching bald eagles, deer, turkey, and other wildlife from the spacious front lawn as well as visiting nearby farms, apple orchards and vineyards in this small rural community.
