Your hosts, Ann & Kevin live in the main house, about 100 metres from the lake-side cottage and are available if needed, or can be very discreet. Bluestone Farm Cottage 19th Century - 3BR w/ View

Welcome to Karool Cottages, your country getaway in Mernda Victoria. This historic 1853 cottage was built of locally quarried bluestone, 'Karool' being the local aboriginal word for bluestone. It originally served as a shepherd's hut, grain store, and carriage room. The cottages and facilities were renovated in 2016 to include all of the creature comforts and amenities to provide you with a private five-star experience right in the heart of farm country.
