My husband has worked diligently along with our youngest son and nephew to build this spacious little cabin for your delight. You will enjoy beautiful night skies, delightful sunrises and quiet sunsets in the beautiful hill country of Texas.... The view alone is worth every dollar!

Enjoy our front porch for coffee or wind down on our back deck. If live music, dancing, and shopping are more your style, we are < a mile from all the action and shops downtown Bandera offers! Get back to the basics in a peaceful cozy cabin at FoxFire in Vanderpool. Enjoy reconnecting with nature with a walk or swim in the Sabinal River, hike at Lost Maples Park, birdwatching, or enjoying the stars and a campfire at night! 2 Bedroom 1 bath fully furnished comfy cabins. No Tvs or Microwave but WiFi, campfire ring, BBQ grill full kitchen/bath with outdoor picnic area. The grounds also have a playground, basketball goal, volleyball net, and river access. Family and pet friendly!

Amadeo at the Frio Private getaway with pool & spa

"Amadeo" is a secluded 9 acre get away on Saddle Mountain all to yourself, not shared. 2 cabins with 2 full baths & glorified outhouse/shower by salt water pool & spa. Outdoor lounging, covered dining areas, game area, star gazing by the fire pit. We are located 1 mile from river crossing, 5 mins from town, 10 mins from Garner. Beautiful sunsets and view of the hills, also hiking. Each cabin has queen bed, full loft, full futon couch, covered porches. We also love our guests’ fur babies!

A quiet family friendly getaway perfect to unwind, relax, bird watch and disconnect from everyday life. Wi-fi is not available. Sleeps up to six people. Bottom level has a full size bed, full bath, fully stocked kitchen,stove, full size refrigerator, coffee bar, screened in porch. One bathroom inside and half bath outside. Located 16 miles N. of Uvalde, bumpy entrance road is 1.2 miles N. of Chalk Bluff. Park. The cabin is 1/4 mile, walking distance to the clear, beautiful Nueces River.

PJ's Hideaway

This peaceful cabin is centrally located in the Texas Hill Country, close to Garner State Park, Lost Maples State Park and Hill Country State Natural Area. Drive through the Hill Country on the Twisted Sisters, enjoying the beautiful scenery and wildlife. Close by, you can enjoy floating or swimming in the Frio River and the Sabinal River at the Utopia Park. Utopia has a renowned golf course featured in the movie Seven Days in Utopia. Concan 20 miles away also has a golf course.

The Cabin is an acre located right on the beautiful Sabinal River with access to 600 feet of riverbank and easy walk into town. Architect designed, the cabin has high ceilings and lots of glass to bring the outdoors in. Relax in the hammock underneath gigantic cypress trees. Enjoy the sunset while the deer come through the yard and fireflies dance. We have two bedrooms on the ground level with a small loft (single bed) above the bedrooms.

Three bedroom, two bath house with well stocked kitchen, front and back decks, fenced front yard for pets and kids, and a cascading goldfish pond. Located within an hour's drive of Lost Maples, South Llano River, and Garner state parks. Nearby destinations include Fredericksburg, Comfort, Bandera, the Kerrville Folk Festival, and the Texas wine country.

Secluded, dark skies, great views, big patio!

Charming 100+ yr old ranch house on private acreage with great views. Large patio & fenced back yard are great for kids/pets. Excellent star gazing. Wildlife feeders. We use this home ourselves and have young kids, so it is stocked better than most rentals and (relatively) kid friendly. Near Lost Maples Park (less than 10 min), Garner Park (30 min), Utopia (10 min), Leakey (20 min), Medina (20 min).
