Eingebettet in ein Naturschutzgebiet befindet sich unser Haus auf einem 1500m² großen Grundstück inmitten von Oliven-, sowie einigen Feigen- und Zitronen-Bäumen. Auf diversen Terrassen findet ihr Sofas und Sessel zum verweilen - gerne könnt ihr Stuhl und Tisch in den Olivenhain oder ans Meer mitnehmen um euren eigenen Lieblingsplatz zu finden. The restorted medievel castle will give you moments of peace and quiet because the front of the castle is facing the sea and the town and behind there is a garden, a courtyard and three terraces for moments of rest. The first floor apartment consists of a dining and living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom with a view of a garden.

The apartment is located on the first floor at the very end of the bay Gradina, 5 km away from Vela Luka. This apartment leads to the end of the public road and 30 meters from the private road. The living room opens onto a covered balcony with table and chairs, a view from the balcony of the sea is breathtaking. Swimming pool with sun deck and lounge chairs are in front of the apartment, and the sea and beaches are only 20 meters away.

Modern, newly renovated apartment on the first floor of our family house “Veli Bok”, located in Krizni Rat neighborhood, right next to the sea. Walking distance to Hvar town centre is approx. 20 minutes (1,5km) which makes our apartment great choice for those who want to relax and chill, but still close enough to go for dinner, drinks or shopping in the town.
