Našim gostima nudimo privatni parking na ulici iza bezbednih kapija. Jednostavan pristup/ulaz sa kodiranim bravama. Studio ima svoj brzi internet i kablovsku televiziju. Radni sto za radni prostor. U blizini centra Ojaija i jezera Casitas za rekreaciju. Komšiluk je miran i nalazi se u blizini staze Ojai za večernje šetnje.

We are in a rural, quiet area close to Pepperdine University, Point Dume, Zuma Beach, City Center, Restaurants and Dining. You can surf, hike, visit local wineries, or just chill and enjoy the ambiance and natural landscape. You can inquire about your furry friends (pets - extra fee). Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The is a working art studio with a loft, filled with artwork and art supplies. Two minutes to Zuma Beach. Nearby scenic hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding and surfing. Room to store your boards and bikes. Enjoy the sunset views over the ocean from your patio. NOTE: Stairs to the loft are steep and not recommended for small children or anyone with issues climbing stairs. Occasional neighborhood construction noise to be expected.

The Cottage is a cozy, welcoming casita in the garden of our home. You have a separate gated entrance, full kitchen and bath, bedroom with double bed and a sitting room with queen sleep sofa. There is plenty of outside relaxing space to enjoy the flora while you are a short hop to historic downtown or the beach. City of Ventura STVR (#2340) 10% tax is included in our daily rate.
