The feeling of being surrounded by its branches is due to the fact that it is built into the mountain. The large windows that flank the entire house turn the high branches into natural neighbours, were they not the original residents of Gerês. This old barn of the farm, the younger made tunnels in the straw! Straw above, cows below. We chose to preserve the traces and use a process of ecological construction that uses bales of straw to build walls that are then coated with mortar of lime and sand. A spacious home with a holiday atmosphere, the most coveted wide balcony overlooking the valley and mountains, ideal for watching the sunrise.
