SFIDA Residence luksuzni je objekt u starom gradu Korčuli koji sadrži prostrani dnevni boravak s potpuno opremljenom kuhinjom, te dvije spavaće sobe s en-suite kupaonicama. Rekonstrukcijom postojećeg objekta, SFIDA Residence zadržala je sve originalne elemente gradnje, a uz moderni dizajn uređenja i tehnologije, pretvorena je u luksuzno opremljenu rezidenciju za odmor. SFIDA Residence opremljena je WI-FI internetom, LCD televizorima, a sve prostorije su klimatizirane i posjeduju podno grijanje.

Enjoy our little paradise in Viganj, Pelješac peninsula beautifully situated only a few steps away from the beach. Our spacious apartment (62 m2) consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen with dining space, a living room and two large terraces. We also offer outdoor storage space for surfing equipment. Outdoor grill for sole use is available to our guests. Two private parking places are provided. Distance from the village center (shop, ATM, local boat to Korčula) is 50 meters.

Villa Marija

Penthouse Villa Marija is placed in first small and quiet bay (first row to the sea- 30 m distance) near Korcula old town, so the walking distance to Korcula old town is only 10-15 min.You do not have to use any vehicle while you stay by us. We always try to help make your check in and check out seamless, so we wait our quests in a korcula port on the check in day. The sea in bay is very clean, also we have heard lots of nice words about the our terraces seaview , told by our past quests.

Restored from a ruin over 7 years, this house benefits from panoramic sea views, access to the sea, as well as having a pool. If you're looking to escape, you might come and never want to leave! There are lots of water activities for all ages. If you'd just like to look at the sea, but prefer ambling, there are coast as well as hill walks. Viganj village shop provides essentials, and Orebic is only 15 minutes away for a weekly shop. Korcula (Island and historic town) is just across the bay.
