Beaches are only 15 minutes away, and downtown area is less than 20. A lot of shopping and restaurants nearby the house. House is in close proximity to highway, so there might be some noise.

Pine Ridge road is very easy to navigate and offers many shops and malls, one easy strait ride to the beach. The house offers an older florida home style rap around porch not found in newer homes but we stopped at nothing to make this a real charmer with many views of nature.
