The kitchenette is more than adequately equipped for Air B&B guests and includes Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster and microwave oven. All brand spanking new. The bar fridge has a few bottles of complementary South African wine for your enjoyment. The balcony has two chairs and an umbrella for relaxing before the day begins, alternatively enjoy a delightful sundowner after you return from a day on the beach or a productive shopping. spree. The apartment is large, sunny, surrounded by trees, has a big balcony with views of city and mountain. 1 double room. A comfortable home with couches, books, and fibre wifi. The kitchen has gas stove, fridge and washing machine. The location is suburban but close to town, a few blocks to bus stops, trendy restaurants, parks, coffee shops. Fireplace in winter and/ or gas heater for R20 extra per day. I live downstairs, but privacy is yours. If you are bringing pets please discuss before arrival.

The cottage is separate from the main house and is for your exclusive use .It is fully equipped with all your needs. There is an enclosed braai area off your own private courtyard that is ideal to sit in while enjoying a meal in the lush garden surroundings . Covid 19 protocols are in place.
