Terdapat akses untuk menuju ke sungai. Dilengkapi dengan kolam renang air hangat, anak anak bisa bebas berenang kapan saja. Villa ini terdapat banyak tangga, sehingga mungkin tidak cocok untuk manula. Terdapat outdoor kitchen di halaman belakang. Bisa digunakan untuk bbq an bersama keluarga / garden party
