The second Victorian themed bedroom has two single beds with quality linen. A fifth person can use the daybed in the living area, also with a very comfy mattress.

Opal Hot Springs is a 5-minute drive and the best way to relax and unwind. Matamata is a 12-minute drive with excellent food options and various tour bus options out to the Hobbiton movie set.
