Two Dachshund Farm (Lavender & Fiber Farm), LLC

We are a working fiber/lavender farm convenient to Raleigh, Louisburg, Wake Forest, Henderson, & Durham. Meet our alpacas, sheep, llamas, Angora goats & more. Tours are included for our guests ifAdditional visitors will need to pay a tour fee. Use of the pool is for registered guests only. Events will be considered. The unit is a 700 sq ft apartment over a garage with private entrance. Twenty stairs lead up to the apartment. A pullout couch accommodates 2 younger children or a teenager/adult.

Welcome to the Rustic loft. This property offers a stunning 1200 sq ft covered deck designed to merge the indoors with the outdoors seamlessly. The deck features a glass garage door that can be opened to let in the breeze & natural light allowing guests to enjoy the picturesque views of the pond. Inside you'll find a well-appointed one-bedroom space offering a peaceful retreat, & the living area provides a cozy spot to relax after a day of enjoying all that Raleigh has to offer. Pet fee $100.

A 600 s.f. cottage retreat designed by Robert Phillips. One bedroom, full bath and kitchen, and spacious living room. Ten ft. ceilings and fine architectural details; terraced; fountains nestled in a tree grove on 10 acres with foot paths. 15-20 minutes to Chapel Hill/Carrboro, University of North Carolina; Pittsboro and the Saxapahaw arts community on the Haw River. A long gravel driveway leads you beside two beautiful horse farms with your private retreat tucked away in the woods. You will enjoy all of the benefits of a private, wooded retreat while conveniently located just minutes from all that Wake Forest, Youngsville, and Franklinton have to offer. Screened porches, a spacious open concept living room/kitchen area, with two adorable bedrooms.

Rustic Cabin on a Working Farm in Durham

Come get away from it all—while conveniently close to everything—at Laurel Branch Gardens, a 12-acre farm that uses organic growing practices. About 100 yards from the farm house, the cabin is a renovated tobacco barn with a sleeping loft, full kitchen, bathroom (with a shower and composting toilet), and living area. Meet the pigs and chickens. Lay in the hammock. Listen to bird calls. During June and July u-pick blueberries will be available for harvest for $3.50/lbs.

Antler & Oak (Wheless Farms, LLC)

Set in the country for a Peaceful setting where you can hear the birds sing and see our beautiful flowers and enjoy sitting on the front porch and relaxing. We are set up as a Bed & Breakfast called Antler & Oak in Franklin County just north of Raleigh and East of Wake Forest. The place is 100 years old, renovated the front portion for use to accommodate guests. You have full access to the space including a full kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms & 2 1/2 baths.
