A great place for families and fishermen Beautiful home right on the channel and direct access to the lake. Excellent for fishing, catching catfish right from the dock. It's an excellent place to relax and unwind. Fish directly off the dock or use the Kayaks included to explore the lake. We have an extra-long dock that can accommodate your boat(s). Fully equipped kitchen, your own washer and dryer, and a gas grill. There is a fire pit for the nights you want a campfire.

We took inspiration from that design to transform The Lookout into the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the lake. Located just 3 miles off I70, and walking distance to neighborhood favorite Papa Boos.

My wife and I bought this house at a sheriff sale. We didn’t buy it with our brain, we bought it with our heart. “How stupid was that” We couldn’t continue to watch this unique house continue its march toward too far gone to fix.
