Springfield Cottage is a few steps away from the centre of Chagford, a unique and historic town on Dartmoor. One of oldest properties in the town, it is a warm and welcoming house full of period features dating back to medieval times, including a large inglenook fireplace. A small frontage with lots behind! It has all modern comforts including a fully equipped kitchen and a separate wet-room style shower room with under-floor heating. Off-road parking (better suited to small to mid sized cars).

NB - the annex is not suitable for under 8 (see safety info) Recently added is a three person infra-red Sauna.

There is private parking for 6 cars, with an EV charge point, a huge decked area and a large, secure garden.

Heated by a biomass boiler it retains many original features such as a large flagstoned hallway and area. No BBQs allowed.
