This 4-season cottage was built in 2018 and located on a pristine lake, between Wentworth and Wallace in beautiful Cumberland County. It has always been a place to relax and be in nature for family and friends so I feel fortunate to be able to share it with others to also enjoy. It’s approximately a 15 min drive to the villages of either Pugwash/Wallace/Wentworth and/or Tatamagouche which offer a variety of opportunities such as hiking/biking, skiing, golf and beautiful beaches and local markets

Creative, unique, cozy and inspiring. This dome is made from aircrete and is finished with clay plaster and an earthen floor. It is a piece of art in every respect and is sure to inspire. It has everything needed to cook food, stay warm and sleep deeply as well as nearby hiking and skiing trails leading to rivers and cliffs. It is heated by a wood stove and has an outdoor composting toilet. We also offer professional massage / reiki treatments as well as fresh vegetables and free range eggs.

You can expect complete peace and quiet except the sounds of the breeze, the loons and other forest animals. The dome is the only one on the property, which sits on over 40 acres! Enjoy yourself playing games on the lawn, sitting around a fire at the fire pit, or reading out on the dock.

The Alder's Carriage House

Welcome to the Alder's Carriage House. This unique unit is a renovated carriage house with exposed beams and high ceilings. A romantic getaway or peaceful place to unwind and relax. Complete with kitchen, working fireplace, laundry facilities and parking. This guest house is situated in a beautiful setting with pond and gorgeous landscaping.
