This studio-sized cabin is self-contained and approximately 100 meters from the main house. It has a very comfortable Queen-size bed with an electric blanket for colder months. A spacious deck with waterfall views and walnut trees compliments the cabin. It is situated on a 20-acre rural property, with a 20-minute drive to downtown Tauranga and a 10-minute drive to Bethlehem and Tauriko Crossing, offering dining and shopping options. The Orchard Studio.

Our newly renovated Studio has been a joy to create and we are excited to finally share this space with you. It is a private small Studio nestled in behind large 80 yr old Californian Redwood and Atlas Cedar trees looking out onto an organic avocado orchard and expansive gardens. It is a private studio on an orchard but handy to cafes , restaurants and shopping centers, just off the main Pyes Pa Road. You couldn’t get a closer location in this coastal paradise. Pilot Bay harbor is at the end of the drive way! A beautiful bay for swimming and relaxing as you watch boats and cruise ships sail by. Or walk 4 mins to the vibrant stretch of cafes, bars, restaurants and shops, hot pools, scenic walking tracks up and around Mt Maunganui or NZ’s best voted beach, Mt Maunganui beach. Seriously, you won’t even need your car to enjoy this beautiful place. There is something for everyone.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. A home away from home... Look out over the reserve in this quiet neighbourhood. Convenient location to Tauranga CBD and the Mount. This apartment is fully kitted out with all that you need. The apartment is in one side of the house and is self contained. Use of the spa is included between 6 pm and 9 pm. PS infant under 2 can stay for free (porta cot available on request) PS Marshall the cat loves pats.
