Carlton Cottage, built 2019, is a fantastic place where you can relax and unwind. Often referred to as a 'home away from home', situated next to our character home, it is surrounded by gardens, offers outlook and privacy. It features a bedroom with queen bed, ensuite, living area with kitchen, smartTV, wi-fi, washing machine and a pool to cool off in summer! Centrally located in Otumoetai, walking distance to the harbours edge and cafes, 3.5kms to Tauranga's CBD and a 12 min drive to the Mount.

Stylish Black Cottage for two- Okoroire

Inside our spacious newly renovated Black Cottage, you have a small full kitchen with farmhouse sink, large fridge/freezer, gas cooktop, microwave, air fryer, and Nespresso. In the lounge area there’s a smart screen tv- Netflix . Through the slider barn door to a large bedroom with plush king bed, laden with luxury linen and a walk in wardrobe leaving you ample space,+ comfortable reading chair. Walk though to the walk in tile shower, handbasin and toilet- there is also a Laundry in your room.

Our small unit provides a welcoming place for travellers to stay. Although small our place is cozy, with a comfortable bed, wifi & Netflix, cooking facilities and utensils, with all the views of the Kaimai that one could want. Situated in early Pyes Pa, near Tauriko, a peaceful rural setting 3km from town. Easy access, private and spacious studio set up with all of the modern amenities for a couples relaxing get away. Private tropical courtyard with chiminea, sunset deck. Plenty of safe parking for trailers, bikes, boats, campervans outside studio. Salt water swimming pool available, shared with hosts, but all privacy given. Conveniently located off Tauranga direct road from Rotorua for those travelling through.

Sweet Retreat

This studio-sized cabin is self-contained and approximately 100 meters from the main house. It has a very comfortable Queen-size bed with an electric blanket for colder months. A spacious deck with waterfall views and walnut trees compliments the cabin. It is situated on a 20-acre rural property, with a 20-minute drive to downtown Tauranga and a 10-minute drive to Bethlehem and Tauriko Crossing, offering dining and shopping options. Continental breakfast is included. Uber Eats also delivers!

The Orchard Studio.

Our newly renovated Studio has been a joy to create and we are excited to finally share this space with you. It is a private small Studio nestled in behind large 80 yr old Californian Redwood and Atlas Cedar trees looking out onto an organic avocado orchard and expansive gardens. It is a private studio on an orchard but handy to cafes , restaurants and shopping centers, just off the main Pyes Pa Road. If you are looking for something bigger we also have the Orchard Guesthouse on AirBnB.
