Centrally located in Westfield, it's the perfect home base for exploring Potter and Tioga Counties. This ground-level home is a short drive to Wellsboro, Mansfield, Corning, Galeton, and Coudersport, and within walking distance to town conveniences and restaurants. It features 3 music-themed bedrooms, a large accessible shower, updated eat-in kitchen, comfy reclining sectional, and 3 HD TVs.

Located on the equine portion of our 800 acre ranch, enjoy serenity with breath taking views and hands down the best star gazing. Centrally located in the middle of 117 miles of ATV/UTV trails. Get on your ATV/UTV or snowmobile at the house and drive right out the driveway. A great place for snowmobiling during the snow season or hunt the state game land just 2 miles away. Bring your horse and go trail riding for hours on end. We rent pasture or stall and offer guided trail rides if scheduled.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful cabin. Our cabin is ideal for a quiet get-away for hunting, hiking, shooting, snowmobiling, ATV/UTV riding, fishing & star gazing. The cabin is located in an area only accessible via dirt roads. It is about 1 mile to the northern boundary of the Tioga State Park; where exploring is wide open and snowmobiling is permitted in winter. If you want a quiet escape this is the place for you! Our retreat is part of an old 100 acre farm that has 2 ponds you can fish in, hiking trails and woods that you are more than welcome to explore. You will enjoy star gazing from the view of the front yard! An OFFSITE cabin to our Potter County Family Campground.
