Birch Bay's Little House est. 2019

Located in Birch Bay, WA, near Semiahmoo. Beach access is 1.6 miles away. You will be greeted with simple design, relaxing decor and lots of natural light. This little house has personality. Semiahmoo Golf and Country Club is 2.9 miles from the house. We are 6 miles from I-5, a 15 minute drive from the Canadian border and Blaine, and 23 miles from Bellingham International Airport. Birch Bay State Park is 5 miles or a 15 minute drive from the house for clamming, playground, and day camping.

Rustic Retreat

Quiet, private, secluded home on 25 acres of forested land. The home was built from logs milled on site. Enjoy filtered spring water, natural light, stargazing, & views of the tops of Mount Baker and the Sisters on a clear day. Owls and Elk can be heard during the evening hours at certain times of the year. Heat is provided by a wood stove and 3 space heaters. Mount Baker is 1 hour away; Bellingham is 30 minutes. Well-behaved, house trained, and supervised pets are welcome with a per pet fee.

It is family friendly with a master bedroom that includes a queen bed, a second bedroom with bunk beds, and a pull out queen bed couch in the living room. Selah Steading is a new 1875sf home on a peaceful private 5acr with 180 degree view of serene pasture, grazing alpacas & evergreen forest. Close to town, mountain biking & recreation, yet feels far away. Very comfortable beds, cute alpacas to feed. Designed by architect David Neiman & featured in the book "Log Houses of the World," it combines Japanese style features & NW log-frame construction to create a truly unique experience. Included in the rental is use of the 13+ acre wooded property, including access to the middle fork of the Nooksack River. The cabin is close to the year-round outdoor recreational opportunities that the Mount Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest provides.

Steal away to the enchanted treehouse of your childhood dreams. With floor-to-ceiling windows framing views of pristine Pacific Northwest wilderness, this A-frame sanctuary offers the perfect combination of quiet seclusion and modern convenience. Note: the property features a significant (about 60) stair steps to climb. As a result, it may be more challenging to enjoy for those experiencing ambulatory limitations.
