The 3.7 acre property backs on to endless greenspace and trails. The suite contains a 400 sqft upper deck that has beautiful mountain views and is great for northern lights viewing. Deck has patio furniture and propane fireplace to use. Next to the rental suite is a log home that the property owners live in.

In our suite you will find a full-sized fridge, washer, and dryer, and unlimited high-speed internet along with Netflix for your viewing enjoyment.

The Little Green House

Brand new in June 2019, this is a modern, rustic little house on a private, quiet lot surrounded by pine and spruce trees. Beautiful walking trails are close by as are Bean North coffee shop, the Yukon Wildlife Preserve and the Takhini Hot Springs. Great view of the dark sky for northern lights viewing in winter from inside or outside on the large deck, or in the yard at the dedicated fire pit. There is also a large professional recording studio on the property.

Rustic Cabin on farm, 35 min drive north of whitehorse, with kitchen, woodstove, drinkable city water, minimal power and light, power outlet and outhouse (outdoor toilet) access to BBQ or firepit. Sleeping arrangement: 2 twin bed on one side in the loft and 1 twin matress on the other side. Pull out sofa on the mainfloor. Peaceful place with beautiful few , relaxing and recharging.
