This is the perfect location for ag events or the Summers Last Blast cruise and car show! We also love hosting crews in town for work and plenty of space for everyone to spread out relax, cook, and fellowship when off!

Just to be clear, there is not a beach in sight. Everyone kept saying it looks like a Beach House. So the name stuck. Huge open living area. Open concept living, dining, and kitchen. Great place for families, workers, and vacationing.

Welcome to Oklaunion, Texas, population 138! Our Friends and Family apartment is conveniently located right off of Highway 287. There is zero hustle and bustle here, just the silence of 5 acres of wide open spaces, windmills turning, and some baa'ing of the neighbors sheep. Access to fast food or some really great restaurants are only 10 minutes away though so it's the best of both worlds!

Our 3 bedroom, 2 bath is great for long or short term stays for traveling professionals, construction workers or family. Wonderful for 4 singles or 3 couples with queen size beds in each bedroom. Located on the main highway for easy access to shopping and restaurants. Other things to note: Large parking area, can accommodate pickups, horse trailers as well as big trucks and trailers.

Rustic cabin retreat on the Red River. This cabin sits on 245 acres with direct Red River frontage. A two bedroom with a Jack & Jill bathroom. Maximum sleeping capacity of 6, but if someone wants to sleep on the couch you can fit 7. Full kitchen with a washer & dryer. Our cabin is fully air conditioned and the kitchen is complete with coffee & condiments.
