Opremljen i opremljen svime što bi moglo da vam je potrebno tokom boravka, naš stan u prizemlju je savršen prostor za boravak daleko od doma u Portlandu! Ima udoban bračni krevet, prostrano kupatilo sa velikom tuš kabinom, mašinu za pranje i sušenje veša, kompletnu kuhinju sa novim aparatima, dnevni boravak sa televizorom opremljenim Roku, pa čak i sopstvenu terasu na otvorenom. Parking na ulici je jednostavan u našem komšiluku i imaćete jednostavan pristup I-405, I-5 plus, mi smo samo 15 minuta vožnje do centra grada.

Samo 15 minuta hoda do Kongresnog centra i 10 minuta hoda do centra i okruga Perl, ovo je novi, svetao dvospratni stan sa pogledom na šume bambusa i organske vrtove. Kuhinja, kupatilo sa tušem i klima-uređajem. Nova hidromasažna kada ( zajednička sa velikom kućom). Lokacija je najviše: blizu sva 4 kvadranta grada u tihom, lepom, bezbednom i istorijskom komšiluku. Rezultat šetnje je 87; rezultat bicikla 99. MAKSIMALNA laka šina, ulični automobil, autobus su udaljeni 5-10 minuta hoda; automobil nije potreban.
